Welcome to uVoice.app ("we", "us", "our"), a high-quality Text-to-Speech service. Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using our service.
By accessing or using the uVoice.app service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please refrain from using our service immediately.
2.1 You may register for our service using your LINE Account or Google Account.
2.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for serious violations of these Terms of Service.
3.1 uVoice.app provides high-quality text-to-speech conversion services.
3.2 You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
3.3 You will not use the service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.
3.4 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with prior notice.
4.1 uVoice.app uses a credit system for usage, and you can top up credits according to our predefined plans.
4.2 Details of each credit plan will be specified on our website.
4.3 Purchased credits are non-refundable, except in specially stated cases.
4.4 Unused credits will expire 365 days after the purchase date.
4.5 We reserve the right to change prices and credit plan structures with at least 30 days' notice.
5.1 Voices generated from uVoice.app can be used commercially, except for those created using free credits.
5.2 Commercial use refers to using the voices in revenue-generating products or services, including but not limited to advertisements, podcasts, audiobooks, educational videos, and mobile applications.
5.3 Voices generated from free credits can only be used for personal or trial purposes.
5.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the voices complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
6.1 All content created by uVoice.app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of us or our licensors.
6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.
6.3 You retain ownership of any content you upload or create through our service.
6.4 For voices generated by our service, you are granted unlimited usage rights subject to the terms in Section 5.
7.1 Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
8.1 We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 By using our service, you consent to such collection and use of data.
9.1 You may terminate your use of the service at any time by contacting our customer support.
9.2 We may terminate or suspend your access to the service without prior notice if you seriously violate these Terms of Service or repeatedly register with other accounts to intentionally receive free credits.
9.3 Any remaining credits will be non-refundable upon service termination.
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
10.2 Significant changes will be notified to you via email or announcement on our website.
10.3 Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11.1 These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand, where uVoice.app is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2 In the event of any dispute related to the use of uVoice.app, both parties agree to attempt to resolve such dispute in good faith through direct negotiation.
11.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days from the start of negotiations, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
11.4 The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangkok, Thailand, in English, by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Thai Arbitration Institute rules.
11.5 The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11.6 Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this section shall limit uVoice.app's right to bring legal action in any jurisdiction to protect uVoice.app's intellectual property or other rights.
